CHILDCARE TRAINEE/Cert III
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is eager to have a rewarding career within the field of childhood education and care. The applicant must hold a cert III or be willing to undertake a fulltime traineeship.

Based in Tahmoor, we endeavour to provide a safe, clean and caring environment and encourage family relationships and community involvement, where each child will be valued, respected and nurtured.

Job tasks and responsibilities
-Work in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulation, National Law and the National Quality Standards for Early Education and Care
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with families
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with the community
-Work according to the Australian Early Childhood Code of Ethics
-Maintain a Safe and Comfortable Environment
-Participate and contribute to the development, review and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
-Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs
-Work in a team to continuously improve all areas of the centre
-Uphold your Duty of Care at all times
The applicant must
-Strong communication skills
-Passionate about early learning
-Be able to work in partnership with families
-Build strong connections to our environment and community.
-Be able to work effectively within a team.
-Either hold a Cert III in childcare or be willing to obtain one through a fulltime traineeship.
