About Us

South West Care Services is a registered NDIS Service Provider. We specialise in providing In-Home Care to our Aged and Disability community throughout Sydney.

Due to a higher demand, we have an exciting opportunity for Support Workers to join our expanding team. We are looking for passionate candidates that will provide supportive care to our growing Aged & Disability Clients.

To be successful in this Position you will need:

• Great communication skills with a diverse range of people
• Be able to work autonomously
• Be able to work with people of differing abilities and some awareness of disability issues
• Be able to build strong, supportive relationships with Staff and Participants
• Have a calm, caring and proactive manner

Must have

• Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support / Community Care or similar

Desirable but not essential

• Drivers LicenceWe encourage those who are looking at a career in the Welfare Industry to apply to gain experience and qualifications.

All applicants will be subject to the mandatory Police Check, Covid Vaccination Check, are willing to obtain a Working With Children Check, NDIS Check and First Aid Certificate.
