Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the presentation of the property to a high standard

Competent with minor repairs, general building maintenance, and upkeep of the property

Basic plumbing, carpentry, patching, painting & building repair work

Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work

Be a point of call for all maintenance works on-site

Respond promptly to all work requests and communicate actions to be taken

General maintenance duties such as mowing, gutters & gardens are involved

Cleaning of horse stables / yards

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Great eye for detail

High Standards of Workmanship

Good communication

Confident working on ladders and handling various tools

Versatile handyperson skills

Be self-motivated and efficient in completing tasks

Have good time management and organisational skills

Physically capable of moving equipment
