Established Furniture Manufacturer in Macarthur

Contempo & Co is seeking a diligent and experienced Full-time Accounts Clerk to join our Team!

We are an established Family owned and operated Australian Manufacturer of Commercial Furniture located at Minto.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Daily management of MYOB Accounting system
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Bookkeeping responsibilities to include data entry, billing and invoicing
  • Timesheet management
  • Processing of weekly Payroll for Employees
  • Prepare Quarterly BAS files for external Accountant
  • Process & Report PAYG, Payroll Tax & Superannuation
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts
  • Preparation and processing of Account applications and monitoring credit limits
  • Preparation of Workers Compensation Wage estimations and actuals
  • Assist with renewal of Company, Vehicle & Machinery Insurance policies
  • Assist with Vehicle Registrations
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, telephone, banking, processing of leave requests and calendar entries.

Essential:

  • Bookkeeping or Accounts Administration Qualification
  • Proficient in MYOB Accounting Software
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience using Time Management Software desirable but not essential
