Customer Care Officer – Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

The Role: We seek a motivated and independent Customer Care Officer to assist with the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations and training activities at our Ingleburn facility. This role will primarily involve customer service, assisting students and trainers with administration, compliance requirements, and general office duties.

Open to considering part time/job share arrangements for the right candidate.

Your Main Duties Will Include:

  • Ensuring trainers and classrooms are appropriately resourced each day
  • Meeting all compliance requirements for each course (e.g. collection and storage of student identification)
  • Assisting trainers with any minor classroom issues, such as tablet allocation and online access to materials.
  • Providing administration support to the wider team, including efficient shared inbox management
  • Assisting customers over the phone
  • Printing, scanning and storage of materials
  • Assisting with other adhoc office duties as needed

About You:

  • Passionate about customer service
  • Experienced using M365 Office, including SharePoint
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and able to take initiative on new and efficient ways of working
  • Strong ability and desire to learn
  • Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
