What makes us different?
We see mentoring and education as critical. Each therapist receives weekly mentoring and fortnightly tutorials to help improve their clinical skills and achieve personal goals.
In addition to weekly mentoring, all therapists have access to an online classroom developed by our education team to help fast track their clinical skills.
We know that our team is number one and patients are second
4 weeks holiday a year with an additional week of “Life” Leave to be used at your will.

We are passionate about what we do and where we are going. Movement Therapy is always focused on growth so that therapists do not hit a financial ceiling.
We spend quality time with our clients with 60 min initials and 30 min follow ups (40mins for New Grads).
We do not pay commissions or bonuses – just a competitive wage and the ability to climb a pay scale based on clinical and team performance.
We offer a competitive salary package for the right candidate, which is inclusive of Professional Indemnity Insurance.
There will be a base level, verbal clinical test implemented in the interview process.
