NxGen Cabling is a leading provider of cable installations, cable support systems and busduct installations.
Your primary functions will be the management and implementation of payroll processes and supporting the administration manager as required, working in the office three days per week.
Salary range $75,000-$80,000.
Your key responsibilities and outcomes will include:
- Manually collating and reviewing payroll data prior to processing
- Liaising with site supervisors for the effective management of timesheets in UKG Ready
- Reviewing subcontractor timesheets
- Processing weekly pay & payroll amendments through Payroll Metrics
- Interpreting the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and Fair Work Act
Facilitating onboarding of new staff into UKG and Payroll metrics - Maintaining and update all payroll data for employees
- Addressing all employee payroll queries in a timely manner
- Providing payroll analysis and reporting
- Maintaining employee competency register
- Assisting Administration Manager and Operations Supervisor with site onboarding as required
Essential attributes:
- Two years’ payroll experience within the construction and electrical industry
- Knowledge of payroll statutory requirements
- Ability to solve problems in a timely and efficient manner
