We are looking for a self starter who will provide reception duties including administrative, secretarial and clerical support to the accounting team.
Experience is essential and related qualifications would definitely be advantageous. An aptitude in this field will also be highly regarded.
Ensuring administration tasks are performed in a timely and professional manner.
Use of computer software packages eg Practice Manager to perform daily tasks.
Basic tax preparation.
Handling of payments, debtors, bank accounts & trust.
